Mario built Mario Ortiz Fitness after living the problem himself. Personal training was unaffordable, progress took longer than it should have, and he picked up injuries along the way. He watched trainers exploit people's insecurities for profit and decided to do the opposite: make honest, expert coaching affordable and accessible, whatever your budget or starting point.
A certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience, Mario has coached 500+ New Yorkers, most of them beginners or people starting over after a bad experience. He's obsessive about form, patient with nerves, and focused on more than the scale: feeling strong, confident and at home in your own skin.
